Figures Return and Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return:

  • Contact us at support@figuresthebrand.com to initiate a return.
  • Returns should be sent to the address provided after your return request is accepted.
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided once your return is approved.
  • Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@figuresthebrand.com, and we will resolve the issue.


Exceptions & Non-returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

  • ALL CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR SALES ARE FINAL. ONLY SIZE EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ARE PERMITTED.
  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A PROMOTIONAL PRICE ARE FINAL SALE.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process:

  • You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
